Mình gặp lỗi “The procedure entry point AddDllDirectory could not be located in the dynamic link library kernel32.dll” trên laptop Dell Latitude E5430 và Dell Vostro 3902 khi cài driver ngay sau khi cài Windows 7 Profressional SP1. Mình tìm trên mạng thì thấy nguyên nhân là thiếu một số file thư viện.
Mình đã tải bản cập nhật KB2533623 hoặc KB2758857 để bổ sung các file thư viện là giải quyết được lỗi này. Các bạn làm thử xem có được không thì phản hồi lại giúp mình nhé.

Lưu ý: khi cài đặt nếu báo lỗi: “Installer encountered an error: 0x80070422. The services cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it” thì các bạn kiểm tra lại service Windows Update có bị disable không?
Bằng cách ấn phím Windows + R > gõ services.msc > Tìm service Windows Update > Nếu đang stop thì ấn vào start và chọn Automatic nhé
